Mr. Luvara has been formally trained in the Law and has two Juris Doctor degrees. One degree is from Western State University College of Law, located in Fullerton California. The other law degree is from Duquesne University Law School, located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Luvara attended Marquette University located in Milwaukee Wisconsin where he received his two undergraduate degrees in Business Economics and Finance.
